A look-back digest video by Matsunosuke Kanda, a storyteller who voices "Hishine and Masotan" and the perverted flying creature, is now available!

From the popular TV anime "Himine to Masotan" currently airing, a video digest of a look back by Matsunojo Kanda, a professional storyteller who voices Masotan and other perverted flying creatures, is now available for viewing.

The "Hishine and Masotan," directed by Higuchi Shinji, the general director of the blockbuster "Shin Godzilla," is voiced by Okada Mari (Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai), the voice of "Hishine and Masotan. (Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai"), and Mari Okada (series composition). Directed by Hiroshi Kobayashi of "Kizunaiver," with original character design by Toshinao Aoki of "Kimi no Koe wo Todokeitai," character design by Yoshiyuki Ito of "Space☆Dandy," music by Taisei Iwasaki of "Bloodline," and animation production by Bones of the "Eureka seveN" series. A novel work story will unfold, depicting the heartwarming interaction between dragons, which are mimicked and managed by the Air Self-Defense Force in fighter planes, and new crew members called dragon pilots (D-pirates).

The digest video released this time summarizes the contents of episodes 1 to 3 and 4 to 6, with narration by Matsunojo Kanda, a storyteller who voices Masotan and other OTFs (Odd-Type Flying Figures) in this work. The video also features illustrations by Toshinao Aoki, the original character designer.

Kanda-san, who has never used words in his works, narrates this video as a kodan master. He even brought his own koshaku stand into the studio for the recording, and the video has the atmosphere of a live kodan performance, including the sound of him tapping his fan to set the tone.

Mr. Kanda is so popular that he is now called the hardest to get tickets for. We hope that you will check out his work not only as a kodanist, but also as he is expected to continue to be active in a variety of media, including this film.
