Betrayal Munky Kong takes on "Mario Tennis Aces" on Switch! Online Tournament Trial Version Also Available!

The "Pre-Launch Advance Online Tournament," where players can experience "Mario Tennis Aces," a tennis game for Switch scheduled for release on June 22 (Fri.) from Nintendo, will finally be held next weekend, from 18:00 on June 1 (Fri.) to 23:59 on June 3 (Sun.).

Prior to this, a certain "game expert" who is proud to be "good at games! A certain "gamer comedian" who prides himself on his "gaming prowess" will be challenging "Mario Tennis Aces" in a program released ahead of the event.

The challenge will be taken on by a gamer-geisha who has a track record of finishing in first place out of 30,000 entries in the 3rd Splatoon Koshien online qualifying tournament (!!). The duo "Urabito Munky Kong" is made up of gamer comedian Yutaro Nishizawa, who has a track record of winning the first place out of 30,000 entries in the 3rd Splatoon Koshien online qualifying tournament (!), and Fuji Sekiya, who just loves games.

Mr. Nishizawa, who shows absolute confidence in his gaming skills, was given the mission of defeating the "very strong Luigi" in his first game of "Mario Tennis Aces. The game features a variety of moves such as "aim," "acceleration," "technical shots," "special shots," and "special shots. "...... Can you master the new shots in this title and complete the mission?　Be sure to check out the heated battle with Luigi, who is literally "pretty tough".

Then, on June 3 (Sun.) from 14:00, Nishizawa will participate seriously in the "Pre-Launch Online Tournament" in the live broadcast program "Lose and It's Over Match! You'll have to play against me!" on Nintendo's official YouTube channel!　The program will end if Mr. Nishizawa loses, taking advantage of the special training he had done in the program beforehand!　This is a survival plan. An online trial event will be held to allow players to play the online tournament of "Mario Tennis Aces" prior to its release. The ranking of the top players will be announced at a later date based on their performance during the period. The top players will be invited to the "Top Players Tournament" to be held on June 24 (Sunday).
