A robot for managing electrical facilities that handle high-voltage electric currents.
He is a silent robot, always tense and nervous.

Once the speed gear built into Wiley is activated, his movement speed exceeds its limit, and Huesman himself, clad in electric current, turns into lightning and attacks Mega Man.

At Dr. Wright's laboratory, various items can be manufactured using these screws as materials.
For beginners, we recommend the Shock Guard, which reduces damage from spikes, and the well-known "E-Can," an item that summons support robots and restores energy.
