Three "Shinkage no Kyojin" compilation movie editions will be broadcast on NHK Sogo in July! A live SP program featuring the starring cast members will also be broadcast!

To commemorate the start of "Shinkage no Kyojin" Season 3, which will begin airing on NHK Sogo on July 22 (Sun.), NHK Sogo will broadcast a compilation of the three films and a special live broadcast program featuring the lead cast.

The "Shinkage no Kyojin" anime is based on the comic series by Hajime Isayama serialized in "Bessatsu Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha), and is a dark fantasy depicting the battle between man-eating giants and humans, as well as mysteries and conspiracies surrounding the world.
Season 1 was broadcast from April to September 2013 and Season 2 from April to June 2017, and became a huge hit due to its overwhelming quality, including powerful action and tension-filled direction. The series has gained popularity around the world, and a theatrical compilation and a live-action movie have also been produced. General director is Tetsuro Araki, director is Masashi Hizuka, series composition is Yasuko Kobayashi, character design is Kyoji Asano, and music is Hiroyuki Sawano. Production is by WITSTUDIO.

The three "Shinkage no Kyojin" compilation movies to be broadcast this time are Part 1 - Red Archery, Part 2 - Wings of Freedom, and Season 2 - The Roar of Awakening, with the first part airing on July 1 (Sun) from 24:35, Part 2 on July 8 (Sun) from 24:10, and Season 2 - The Roar of Awakening on July 19 (Thu) from 24:55. Season 2 - The Roar of Awakening will be on Thursday, July 19 at 24:55.

In addition, a special program will be broadcast live in the studio with the lead voice actors of the film! Hiroki Kaji, Yui Ishikawa, Marina Inoue, Tomohisa Hashizume, and Rumi Park are scheduled to appear. This program will be broadcast on Friday, July 20 at 23:55.
