PS4/Xbox One/PC "Rainbow Six Siege" begins delivery of Operation Parabellum, a major free update!

Ubisoft has launched a major free update for its on-sale tactical shooter Rainbow Six Siege: Year 3 Season 2 "Operation Parabellum".

This update adds a new Italian map, Villa, and two Italian Lagruppamento Operativo Spesiale Special Intervention Squad (G.I.S.) operators.

Year 3 Season 2 also features a variety of game updates, including new reconnaissance tools, operator speed adjustments, and Pick & Ban. Players can unlock new content with fame points or R6 credits.

■ New map "Villa".
The land is owned by the Vinciguerra family of mafia. The "Villa" is their villa, where they live a life of luxury, collecting rare artifacts. They burned documents and moved their property before a major raid, but when they heard about "Operation Parabellum," they left their home, leaving everything behind.

■New G.I.S. Operators
Operation Parabellum adds two new Italian operators to the Italian Lagruppamento Operativo Spesiale (G.I.S.).

The new operator, "Alibi," is a shrewd woman with a talent for undercover work in criminal organizations; Alibi can use Prisma to create a hologram of herself. Shooting or touching that hologram will reveal your location to the other team for a few seconds. If the prisma is deployed outside, the attacker will receive a false notification that the enemy has been spotted outside the area. In addition, the prisma can be used to conceal the identity of other defending operators outside the area. Prismas can be damaged by bullets, melee attacks, and bombs, but only penetrate holograms. Be careful not to get too close.

Maestro" is another member of G.I.S. Maestro uses remotely operated bulletproof cameras equipped with high-energy lasers. When placed on the floor or wall, the cameras can be remotely monitored by a swiveling camera. In combat, the bulletproof lenses can be opened to attack enemies with lasers, but they are vulnerable to attacks from the surrounding area. In addition, Evil Eye allows you to see through smoke.

Operation Parabellum will feature the Pick & Ban system. This system will revolutionize the operator selection process in matches and give "Rainbow Six Siege" a new strategy. For more information on the "Pick & Ban" system, please see this UBIBLOG article: #
