Issei tries to chase after Rias who ran out of the room, but Akeno and the others stop him. Issei thinks back on Rias's recent attitude and the expectations of those around him, and comes to a conclusion: "The boss likes me. Does the boss like me...? Issei thinks about Rias's recent attitude toward him and the expectations of those around him. He tries to deny it, but memories that he cannot deny keep coming and going. Issei also reaffirms his feelings for Rias, ...... but is unable to take one more step.
Akeno and his friends, who have seen what is going on, try to heal the troubled boy with their bodies.
