Densetsu no Kushi Shinjidai Akihabara Honten is a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) that has opened branches mainly in Aichi Prefecture.
The specialty of this izakaya chain, which originated in Aichi Prefecture, is a variety of skewers called "den-kushi" (50 yen per skewer [excluding tax]), which are made by brushing homemade sauce on chicken skin that has been trimmed of fat to make it crispy. Drinks are 190 yen (excluding tax) for a glass of beer and 290 yen (excluding tax) for all drinks other than draft beer *only non-alcoholic beer is 350 yen (excluding tax).
The restaurant is operated by Fadz Corporation, which also operates Tonpellaya and Bincho-Ougiya.
