AKKUNTO KANOJO" enters its second season in July! New key visual revealed and call for Ori-characters!

It has been announced that the TV anime "Akkun to Kanojo," currently airing on TOKYO MX and other stations, will enter its second season in July. In addition, a new key visual has been released.

The main character, Atsuhiro Kagari, a.k.a. Akkun, and his girlfriend, Nontan, a.k.a. Katagiri, are the heroes of "Akkun to Kanojo," a romantic comedy series by Waka Moriwaka that is popularly serialized in "Monthly Comic Gene" (on sale on the 15th of each month).
The director of the anime version is Shin Katagai, who has directed "Yume Oukoku to Nemureru 100 no Ojisama Short" and "Neo Angelique Abyss," etc. The character design is by Motohiro Taniguchi, who was in charge of "Yuru Yuri San☆High! and Yuka Yamada, who worked on "Kobayashi-sanchi no Maidragon" and "Tantei Team KZ Jiken Note", for series composition and screenplay, are among the talented staff involved in the production of the TV anime "Akkun to Kanojo". The second season will start on June 29 at 10:30 p.m. on AT-X and on July 2 at 25:00 p.m. on TOKYO MX. In conjunction with this, the key visuals were renewed to depict the three groups, Akun and Notan, Matsuo and Chiho, and Konagi and Kubomura-sensei.

On June 30, an advance screening event "Matsuo and Chiho's Fun★Screening of 'Akkun to Kanojo'! will also be held. Keisuke Ueda (Matsuo), Yusa Kari (Chiho), Hikaru Kayo (Konagi), and Haruna Oshima (theme song) will be on stage. In addition, Haruna Oshima is scheduled to give a mini live performance.
