The first details of the performers and the application for the "All-Star Game III" event, which was announced during the "Dia no A The ORCHESTRA" event to be held on February 11 (Sun.), have been announced on the official website.

A of Diamonds " is a high school baseball anime based on the comic of the same title serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" by Yuji Terashima. The story is about the struggles of Eizumi Sawamura, a left-handed pitcher who, after an encounter with Kazuya Miyuki, a genius catcher, decides to say goodbye to his friends at his local junior high school and move on to a prestigious baseball school in Tokyo. The animated version is co-produced by Madhouse and Production I.G.

The first cast announced is Ryota Osaka (Eijun Sawamura), Nobunaga Shimazaki (Satoru Furuya), Takahiro Sakurai (Kazuya Miyuki), Natsuki Hanae (Haruichi Kominato), Yoshimasa Hosoya (Tetsuya Yuki), Shintaro Asanuma (Yoichi Kuramochi), Tomoki Ono (Jun Isashiki), Daisuke Namikawa (Takikawa, Chris and (Takigawa, Chris, and Yu), Nobuhiko Okamoto (Ryosuke Kominato), Hiro Shimono (Kenshi Kawakami), Sadayuki Matsuoka (Shinji Kanamaru), Shota Aoi (Hideaki Tojo), and Taishi Murata (Keisuke Miyauchi).
This is only the first of many announcements of the cast, but it will be interesting to see if there will be additional announcements in the future.
