Kingdom Hearts III" and "Stories Leading to III" special board appeared in Shinjuku! Twitter campaign for a chance to win an original notebook!

To commemorate the announcement that "KINGDOM HEARTS III" for PS4/Xbox One will be released on January 25, 2019 (Friday), Square Enix has created a special movie "Stories Leading to III," in which the epic story that has continued uninterrupted since the first "Kingdom Hearts" game is divided into five episodes. The movie "Stories Leading to III" and its special website are now on view.

The company also announced that a special board will be posted at Shinjuku Metro Promenade from tomorrow, June 25 (Mon.), where visitors can enjoy the episodic movie and the movie.

The special board that will be displayed at the Shinjuku Metro Promenade will feature, first of all, a giant visual using game screens from "Anna and the Snow Queen," "Toy Story," and "Monsters, Inc. By connecting a series of game screens like an animated film, visitors can enjoy the beautiful game world of "Kingdom Hearts III," which is depicted with a meticulous attention to detail that cannot be experienced just by watching the trailer.

In addition, next to the giant visual is an exhibition box featuring the motifs of the five picture books that appear in the "Stories Leading to III" movie. Visitors can pull out a "page from a picture book" style leaflet from a picture book of their choice and take it home with them, during a limited time and in limited quantities.

"Five Picture Books."

Leaflets pop out from the right side of the five display boxes, each featuring a picture book motif from the "Stories Connected to III" video, and each person can take home a page from one of the picture books. The leaflets are 15 different types of picture book-style artwork, each designed to resemble the story told in the movie, with motifs based on symbolic scenes and lines from the story.

The back of the leaflet features the cover design of each episode, so if you fold the leaflet neatly in half along the folds, you will feel as if you have your very own picture book.


Special Board Information
A huge graphic commemorating the release date of "Kingdom Hearts III" featuring screens from the game, including the new world and characters that will appear in "Kingdom Hearts III," and an exhibit featuring the five "picture books" that appeared in the "Stories Leading to III" movie. A special board will be posted in the event space where visitors can take home a limited-quantity "picture book page" style leaflet from the box.

Twitter campaign for #Stories Connected to KH3
To commemorate the announcement of the release date of "Kingdom Hearts III," 50 people who post their impressions of the movie on Twitter using the share button on the special site will be selected in a drawing to receive a set of five "Stories Leading to III" original design notebooks, which are compared to the five picture books. The winner will be chosen by drawing.
