New school, new stage girls for smartphone apps!　Report on the "Girls' Opera Revue Starlight" Project Grand Announcement

On June 25, a major presentation of the "Girls' Opera Revue Starlight" project, whose TV anime will start airing on July 12, 2018 (Thursday), was held at the TBS Broadcasting Center in Akasaka, Tokyo.

∙ On July 12, 2018, "Seisho Ongaku Gakuen Broadcasting Station vol. 9 Special Party just before the broadcast" will be held on YouTubeLIVE! From 23:00 to around 25:25, all nine members of the 99 groups will appear on stage to enliven the anime broadcast.

The nine members of the Ku Ku group will appear on stage from 23:00 to around 25:25 to get the audience excited for the broadcast of the anime. The music is created in a film scoring format to match the pictures and direction of the anime.

Girl's Opera Revue: Revue Starlight" LINE stamps will be available soon.

Girl's Opera Revue Starlight" joins the TCG Weiss Schwarz. Trial deck will be released on September 14, 2018 and booster packs in December 2018.

The game app "Girls' Opera Revue Starlight -Re LIVE-," which is currently accepting pre-registrations, will feature new stage girls from three different schools. The cast includes Tomori Kusunoki, Megumi Ban, and Hotaru Nomoto.

The cast members at the press conference included Momoyo Koyama as Karen Aishiro, Suzuko Mimori as Hikari Kagura, Maho Tomita as Shinya Tendo, Hinata Sato as Junna Hoshimi, Youo Iwata as Mahiru Kurosaki, Moeka Koizumi as Nana Oba, Aina Aiba as Claudine Saijo, Teru Ikuta as Futaba Ishidou, and Ayasa Ito Ayasa Ito, who played Kako Hanayagi, took the stage. Shoko Nogami, president of NELKE PLANNING, said, "We have been working together to create a stage that is the starting point of the project, in an effort to create interaction, such as people who do not watch theater coming to the theater because of anime, or people coming to watch anime because of the stage. We have cast members from all fields, including stage actresses and voice actors, in pursuit of true media mix development with the same cast," he said, introducing the characteristics of the work. Asked to comment, Koyama said, "I myself am a stage girl who has been performing on stage since I was in elementary school, and I was studying voice acting when I had an audition for this production. I thought it was like a dream come true to be able to do both what I have been doing and what I want to do in the future. Producer Akane Taketsugu of Bushiroad took the stage next and introduced information on the TV anime "Girls' Opera Revue Starlight. At the presentation, some of the revue songs (insert songs) used in episodes 1 to 3 were shown for the first time.
