Chinese noodle restaurant "Ryu no EYE" is scheduled to open on Tuesday, June 26.
The location is near Suehirocho Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. It is the former site of "Roast Beef Aburasoba Beast Akihabara Tsumagoizaka Branch," an aburasoba restaurant that closed at the end of last December.
According to the restaurant's Twitter page, the soup will be based on Tokushima Prefecture's Awao chicken broth, combined with kombu (kelp) and niboshi (dried sardines).
