A completely new film version of the full-scale men's figure skating anime "Yuri! on ICE", which aired on TV Asahi, etc., will be released in 2019 under the title of "Yuri! on ICE the Movie: ICE ADOLESCENCE" will be released in 2019, and a teaser visual has been unveiled for the first time.

Yuri! on ICE" is the first ever full-fledged men's figure skating anime. It depicts the Grand Prix series in which skaters from various countries compete against each other in heated competitions, with cliffhanger skater Yuri Katsumo as the main character. Manga artist Mitsuro Kubo, who created "MOTEKI" and anime director Sayo Yamamoto, who worked on "MICHIKO and HACCHIN" and "LUPIN the Third: The Woman Named Fujiko Mine", have teamed up to create the original story. The character design is by Teishi Hiramatsu. The completely new theatrical version will be titled "Yuri! on ICE the Movie: ICE ADOLESCENCE" will be released in 2019, and the first teaser visual has been released.

The teaser visual, which fans around the world have been eagerly waiting for, was drawn by Sadafumi Hiramatsu, a character designer, with Seiki Tamura in charge of the art.

The movie is narrated by Junichi Suwabe, who plays Viktor Nikiforov, with music by Taro Umebayashi and Taku Matsuji, and produced by Keisuke Tominaga (PIANO).
