The official report of the "Caretaker of Sunoharasou" and the hit prayer ceremony where Rina Sato and Eri Kitamura took the stage has arrived!

The TV anime "Sunoharasou no janitor-san" will begin airing on July 5, 2018 (Thursday). With less than a week to go before the broadcast, a hit prayer ceremony was held at Kanda Myojin on Friday, June 29.

Rina Sato, who plays Ayaka Haruhara, and Eri Kitamura, who plays Aki Shiina, took the stage to pray for a hit, and the event ended on a high note with a talk session and the first unveiling of the "Ayaka Haruhara Life-Size PVC Figure Project. The event was a great success.

Even though it was a weekday, many "pamenobo-san (fans)" gathered at Kanda Myojin. When the event started, the cast took the stage to applause. The talk show started off in a friendly atmosphere, with smiles on the faces of the fans as they began to talk about the characters they play.

First of all, the characters played by the two actors were introduced. Ayaka, played by Ms. Sato, is the caretaker of Sunohara-so, a student dormitory where Aki and other unique residents gather. She is a mild-mannered older sister who is kind to everyone and does her housework perfectly. When asked about their impression of her, the two said, "I see her as the Virgin Mary. She is both a big sister and a mother. ...... (Ms. Sato)" "She is a holy wisdom that embraces everything! (Ms. Kitamura).

Ms. Sato said, "I admire Ayaka-san myself," and she feels Ayaka's unique softness and receptiveness every time she does postrecordings. On the other hand, Mr. Kitamura plays Aki, a first-year junior high school boy who has entered Sunohara-so as a dormitory student. He struggles to improve his manhood at Sunohara-so, but his days are not going well.

Mr. Kitamura said, "I am the player's point of view for the viewers. When I read the original story, I wanted to cheer him on as he tried his best in his inexperienced way," he said, referring to the charm of the sensitive and pure Aki. He also passionately stated that this work is not a "neeshota" but a "sensitive neeshota," which made the fans in the audience nod their heads in agreement.

When asked, "Which character is closest to your true self? Satorina is just like Ayaka-san, I think! Kitamura-san cut in with, "I think Satrina is just like Ayaka-san! However, Ms. Sato said, "I want to take care of her, so I'm more of a big sister type, but ...... I can never say that I'm Ayaka-san. ......! She even laughed at the comparison to Ayaka, who is as receptive as a holy mother.

At this point, a life-size caretaker from the previously announced "Ayaka Haruhara life-size figure project" was finally unveiled for the first time! When the unveiling was performed by Ms. Sato and Mr. Kitamura in time with the countdown, the janitor looked as if he had jumped out of an anime! The audience exclaimed with admiration, "Oh, wow! and a round of applause erupted.
Then, while the life-size janitor was enshrined, the cast and committee members prayed for a hit in the presence of the priest. Fans who had come to the venue joined in the prayer, silently praying for the TV anime to be a hit.

When the talk part resumed, the topic of the postrecording session came up, a topic that fans were anxious to hear about. When asked by the moderator about the atmosphere at the studio, they replied that it was more like a circle of fans of the work than an all-girls school. Ms. Kitamura also spoke enthusiastically about the cast's receptive nature.

A small incident occurred during the postrecording session. Ayaka calls Yuzu Yukimoto "Yuzu-chan" in the film. However, during a pre-production test, Ms. Sato mistakenly called her "Yuzu-ko-tan" in Ayaka's voice, causing Mr. Kitamura to fret in agony at the cute mistake.

After that, they continued to talk about the gorgeous recording sessions and other topics related to the film, but unfortunately, the time had come to end the event. The event ended with a message to the "pampered children" who came to the event.
