The recently unveiled voice actress vocal unit "Kleissis" received a prayer for a hit at Kanda Myojin, the head shrine of Edo.

Kleissis" is a media mix voice actor vocal unit jointly planned by Seiyu Grand Prix, Jenco, and X Arts Japan. Seven female voice actresses were selected from approximately 400 people in an audition to become divas and express a fantastic world with their overwhelming voices.

The seven members are Yuki Tanaka (Kasumi Akane), Miu Tomita (Akira Rindo), Marina Yamada (Sayuki Rurikawa), Mari Takahashi (Yoon Asaki), Ki Yamane (Hirona Shimizu), Yukiko Motoyoshi (Mio Tachibana) and Yuki Kaneko (Miu Mizutori).

On July 6, 2018, before the "unveiling party" held for the media and related parties, a prayer for a hit song was held at the shrine of Kanda Myojin, the main Shinto shrine in Edo, where the members and related parties gathered to receive prayers in a solemn atmosphere.

The members were nervous as they prayed, and their gestures seemed a little stiff. The prayer was completed without incident, and each member expressed their relief.

Yuki Tanaka

I was very nervous because it was the first time for me to pray with the feeling of "We will succeed as "Kleissis"", which was different from the first visit to the shrine. During the prayer, I heard my name and the word "Kleissis" and thought "Oh" (laugh).

It was my first time to visit Kanda Myojin. Akira and the other participants are shrine maidens, so I thought it would be good if I could put the spirit of shrine maidens into my own mind and use it in my future activities. I heard that many groups have succeeded after praying at Kanda Myojin, so I would like to achieve my goal of "performing at a big venue!

Marina Yamada

I prayed at Kanda Myojin in my previous group, so this is the second "Prayer Wooden Cards" for me. This time, I especially felt a heightened sense of "something new is about to begin.

As a fan of "Love Live! Kanda Myojin is a sacred place for me as a "Love Live! I was thrilled because I never thought I would be able to pray for a hit at such a place!　It was also the first time for me to receive a wooden prayer card, and I experienced many firsts in my life.

We had already had our meeting and dance lessons, but the hit prayer made me feel that the event was finally about to begin. I was very happy that we could all welcome the beginning together!　But I was very nervous because all the people involved were sitting in the back. ......

I have been to Kanda Myojin for Setsubun, but this was my first time to pray for a hit, so I was thinking, "I'm having a great experience.

I went to the shrine thinking, "This is an amazing experience.

I was happy to be able to pray at the traditional Kanda Myojin Shrine. When we put the wooden prayer cards together, they looked a little like the "Clay Sith" logo, so everyone was very excited (laughs).
