The summer of Urfest has come again this year! Ultraman Festival 2018, the 28th Ultraman Festival to be held in Tokyo, will be held at Sunshine City in Ikebukuro from July 20 (Friday) to August 27 (Monday), 2018, following last year (closed on August 7 (Tuesday)).

Prior to the event, Akiba Research Institute is holding a giveaway campaign starting today to invite readers to Ultraman Festival 2018!

This year's Ultraman Festival will be held under the theme "Ultraman Brothers' Bond! and inviting the popular comedy duo "Bakusho Mondai" as official supporters.

The highlight of this year's festival will be the first "Great Battle" between the Ultra Brothers and the Monster/Star Legion! Super Gigantic Photo Spot". A battle scene between the Ultra Brothers and 1,587 monsters and aliens will appear at the venue. There are many points of interest for both adults and children, including a diorama that is more powerful than ever! Taking a commemorative photo of your favorite scene will surely be a great memory.

In the popular hero show "Ultra Live Stage," Ultra heroes and monsters will clash. Visitors can cheer on the Ultra heroes by holding up the "Ultra Flash," a light installed in all seats.
