GRANRODEO, SPYAIR, FLOW, KITADANI Hiroshi and others sang the theme songs of JUMP works! Report from the 2nd day of "JUMP MUSIC FESTA"!

The special event "JUMP MUSIC FESTA" (JUMP MUSIC FESTA) was held at Yokohama Arena on July 7 (Sat) and 8 (Sun), 2018.
On the second day, Sunday the 8th, artists from Keyakizaka 46, Little Glee Monster, Reo Ieiri, GRANRODEO, Thinking Dogs, SPYAIR, and FLOW performed. In addition, as special guests, "ONE PIECE" theme song "We Are! and other hit anime songs, and RADIO FISH appeared as special guests on the same day as on the 7th.

JUMP MUSIC FESTA" was held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of "Weekly Shonen Jump." Under the concept of "Weekly Shonen Jump 50th Anniversary Special Issue" created with "Sound," artists who are associated with Jump performed related music and songs, The set list will consist of songs related to and inspired by JUMP works, and will express manga through sound.


The MCs were Atsuhiko Nakata and Shingo Fujimori from the comedy duo Oriental Radio, who appear on the Weekly Shonen Jump information program "Special Search Police Jampolis," and Rina Ikoma, who is known to have loved reading Jump since she was a child.



The top performer on the second day of the event was the female vocal group "Little Glee Monster.
They started the day's stage with "OVER," the OP song of "BORUTO -BORUTO- -NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS-," followed by the second song "SAY! The second song, "Say!", was followed by "Yeah!
The a cappella medley enchanted the audience with their gorgeous harmonies and ended with "So, I'm not alone", the ED theme song of "My Hero Academia".


After the audience cheered to the famous scenes performed by Jump characters, the second performer was "GRANRODEO," a music unit consisting of KISHOW (Noriaki Taniyama), a voice actor, and e-ZUKA (Masaaki Iizuka), a guitarist.

The final song was "Such a You, Such a Me," the ED theme song of "Naruto Shippuden," which appealed to the audience.


The fourth performer was special guest Hiroshi Kitadani, who performed the first OP theme song of "ONE PIECE" "We Are! and "We Go! and "We Go!

The special live performance continued with the appearance on stage of "RADIO FISH," a dance and vocal unit formed around MC Ori Raj, and the mood of the venue changed completely.

The seventh band to perform was the four-piece rock band SPYAIR, who performed "Current Distraction," the theme song for the movie "Gintama the Movie: The Complete Arc of Gintama the Movie," "Sakura Mitsuki," the OP song for "Gintama," "HIQUE! Imagination," the theme song of "HIQ!
In addition, a new song "I Wanna Be...", the theme song of the TV anime "Gintama Ginnotama Arc" which started airing on July 8, was performed for the first time and the audience was very excited.


At this point, Orihara was replaced as MC by "HIQUE! favorite TV personality Rika Adachi appeared on stage as the MC. She and Ikoma talked about their passion for Weekly Shonen Jump.


After that, the idol group Keyakizaka 46, produced by Yasushi Akimoto, received a different kind of cheer than before.
Starting with their debut song "Silent Majority," the group mesmerized the audience with their one-of-a-kind performances of "Kaze ni Fukaretaemo," "Nijin Saison," and "Glass wo Kakera," including dances that evoked a contemporary atmosphere, and the venue was filled with green penlights, the image color of the group.


The last band to perform at the event was FLOW.
They started with a rock-arranged cover of the "Dragon Ball" theme song "CHA-LA HEAD CHA-LA" as the theme song for the movie "Dragon Ball Z: Gods and Gods," followed by the insert song "HERO: Song of Hope" from the same movie, which was performed with the animation of the movie in the background. Then, after saying that "Naruto was there at the milestone of the band's 15 years since its formation," the band sang "Re:remember" and "Sign," the OP themes of "Naruto," with gratitude, saying "I selfishly consider Naruto a comrade-in-arms.
