On July 19, 2018, a special preview was held for the Ultraman Festival 2018, which will start the following day on July 20.

The "Ultraman Festival" is an Ultraman-themed event held every summer, featuring themed exhibitions, a "Live Stage" where Ultraman and his monsters perform their great activities on stage, "Ultrashots" where you can take commemorative photos with the Ultraman heroes, and the sale of event-exclusive goods. Ultraman Department Store," where limited edition Ultraman goods will be sold, and many other programs to enjoy the world of Ultraman from various angles.

This time, a special preview was held to welcome not only the media but also specially invited families. The "Akiba Research Institute" editorial department, which visited the venue earlier than the others, will bring you an advance report!

To commemorate the opening, Bakusho Mondai (Hikaru Ota, Yuji Tanaka), an official supporter of the event, Ultraman, Ultraman Taro, Ultraman Rosso, and Ultraman Bull took pictures with the children!

The children then exchanged high-fives with the Ultramen and the children entered the exhibition hall, raising the curtain on the preview.

The story opens with a visit to the Land of Light, the home of Ultraman, by Sora, a young girl of the Ultra Tribe, and Ultraman Jee-do. The main attraction is the LED monitors placed all over the stage. Depending on the scene, various scenes are depicted, such as the sky, the universe, and the Land of Light, while various effects are projected during battle scenes, adding to the excitement of the powerful show.

It is also possible to participate in the live performance using the radio-controlled light "Ultra Flash.

While the viewer's eyes are captivated by the beautiful images that pop up one after another from the beginning, the story suddenly takes a sudden turn. The Emperors, who once terrorized the Land of Light, begin their assault on the Land of Light once again, this time with their army of monsters in tow. One after another, they defeat the Ultras. Ultraman Jeeed is injured in the battle. Then Ultraman, Ultraman Tarou, and the others appear!

Children cheered loudly for the live performance, in which old and new heroes and monsters were intermingled, and the action as well as the songs and music brought excitement. This is a must-see experience for all their big friends.

The first part of the live stage will be performed from July 20 (Friday) to August 6 (Monday), and the second part from August 8 (Wednesday) to August 27 (Monday), titled "Dye the Times: Legendary Ultra Brothers. Both are worth checking out.

In addition to the live stage, the exhibition is also worth seeing.

The highlight is the giant battle diorama. The diorama is a realistic reproduction of the battle between Ultra heroes and monsters.
