Comments
(excerpts from the video)

─ ─ On being selected to appear in the TV anime "Baki

Kaoru Hanayama is my favorite character, and I'm very excited to be able to talk about his charms.

─ What are the highlights of the TV anime "Baki"?

I read Weekly Shonen Champion every week, and Itagaki-sensei's drawings are so dynamic that they could be called moving pictures, and the way he draws muscles is so convincing that it's like 'realism beyond realism,' so I'm very excited to be able to watch that with the latest animation technology.

─ Playing the role of Officer Tsuneo Katahira

I have been telling everyone around me how great Kaoru Hanayama is, and it seems to have paid off. (Maybe I'm used to saying that, but I'm also very fascinated by Hanayama's charm.

What is the highlight of the role of Officer Tsuneo Katahira?

I think he is the closest person to the general audience. I hope that the viewers will see him reporting the battle of the "monsters" from the viewpoint of an ordinary person who is watching it from the closest distance.

Message to the audience

I am very happy to be able to participate in a work that I love so much, and I put a lot of energy into my voice so that everyone will not be dissatisfied. I hope you can feel the 'love for Baki' as it burns."
