PS4 "Call of Duty: Black Ops 4", advance beta to experience some of the multiplayer modes! 8/1 added: DL start date and time for content for the advanced beta changed to 8/3.

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SEE) announced that it will conduct an advanced multiplayer beta test of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 4" for PS4, scheduled for release on Friday, October 12, 2018.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is the latest installment in Activision's most popular "Black Ops" series in the history of the Call of Duty franchise. This title features a "Multiplayer Mode" that allows players to enjoy realistic combat with fluid movement. Zombie Mode features three storylines, the most in the history of the "Black Ops" series. In "Blackout," the largest map in "Call of Duty" history, players can enjoy the action, characters, weapons, battlefields, and other elements that have become synonymous with "Black Ops" to date on the largest scale ever.

Prior to the release of this title, an advance beta will be held to allow players to experience a portion of the multiplayer mode!　By purchasing and downloading the content for the advanced beta, which will be available on the PS Store for 100 yen (tax included) from August 3 (Fri.) to August 13 (Mon.) (Japan time)*, players will be able to participate in the advanced beta during the following period. The purchase price will be refunded to the wallet of the account in which the purchase was made after the advanced beta period ends.

In September, an advanced beta of the "BLACKOUT" mode, a battle royale mode that unfolds on the largest map in the history of the "Call of Duty" series, is scheduled to be implemented, so stay tuned for more information.
