Rio no Oshigoto! Director Shinsuke Yanagi & Chief Animation Director Akane Yano will hold an animation making seminar on August 25!

Ani Semi (SONIC ACADEMY Anime Making Seminar / managed by Sony Music Entertainment), where you can learn how to make animation, will hold a special summer seminar on "Rio no Oshigoto! Anime Making Seminar will be held on Saturday, August 25 at DNP Plaza in Tokyo.

In this seminar, Shinsuke Yanagi, director of the TV animation "Rio no Oshigoto! Director Shinsuke Yanagi and Chief Animation Director (and character designer) Akane Yano of the TV animation "Rio no Oshigoto!

The seminar will be held in two parts, each lasting 90 minutes. In the first part, "Drawing Characters! -Creating Cute & Cool Characters" in Part 1, and "Drawing Scenes! -Creating animation that appeals with comical daily life and passionate fights" will be explained in the second part. There will also be a deMonStration of actual drawing and correction work.

The "Rio no Oshigoto! is a popular light novel set in the world of Shogi with the full cooperation of the Shogi Federation. The series has sold more than 1 million copies (as of December 2017) and has won numerous awards, including first place in the "This Light Novel is Amazing! Yaichi Kuzuryu, the strongest Shogi titlist at the age of 16, and the three elementary school students who come to his house to become his disciples, as promised! and comes to his house to live with Ai Hinatsuru, a third grader.


The film is about the strange life together with Ai Hinatsuru, a third grader who comes to live with him.
