FGO" Part 2, Chapter 1: The Challenge of the Middle Boss! Part 1 [Strategy Diary].

Hello.

The second chapter of the second part of the FGO story was recently released.

FGO has a very extensive storyline.

Part 1 consists of 9 chapters: the introduction, chapters 1 through 7, and the final chapter.

Additionally, there are four chapters in Part 1.5.

And now Part 2 has begun, with the second chapter now available.

There are probably many players who are now frantically working on the story to play the latest chapter, the second chapter of the second part. I am one of them.

So, this time, I would like to go over the battle against the Minotaur, a character equivalent to the mid-boss that appears at the end of the first chapter of the second part of the game. This diary is the first part.

Please be assured that I have avoided story spoilers as much as possible.

Here is the party this time!

This time, I decided on a party with a completely different fighting style in the first half and the second half.

The first three are all aggressive berserkers.

I have equipped each of them with a charm that allows them to start the battle with NP accumulated so that they can fire the full treasure of Spartacus (leftmost image) and the single treasure of Eldorado's Berserker (rightmost image) as soon as they enter the battle.

Since these three Berserkers have low durability, we can expect that they will probably die quickly from enemy attacks after firing their treasure.

Therefore, when the aggressive first three become incapacitated in battle, the more durable second three take their place.

These three are, from left to right, Merlin, Sherlock Holmes, and Danzo Kato, but let's look at the battle first.

This is Mr. Minotaur.

There is one additional diamond-shaped gauge below the HP, so once the HP is cut down, he will be resurrected once more, with full HP.

Now, the first three are aggressive type berserkers.

Eldorado's Berserker skill increases everyone's attack power and further enhances their firepower.

If you have three "Buster Cards," red command cards with high attack, you can use the "Buster Chain," which further increases attack power.

It is also nice to know that the "Buster Chain" is more likely to occur if the player is solidified with offensive Servants.

Now, Eldorado's Berserker has accumulated more than 100% NP and is ready to use its treasure.

Eldorado's Berserker's treasure is quite powerful, and it would be a good idea to shoot it at this point, but I would like to try a twist here.

This is the "Order Change" skill of the master's magic ritual equipment.

This skill allows you to swap the Servant who is currently in battle with the Servant who is waiting behind him.

With this skill, I lowered Spartacus and took out Merlin.

The reason I took out Merlin is the "Hero Creation EX". This skill has the effect of increasing HP in addition to the effect of increasing Buster, which greatly increases firepower.
This skill increased the firepower of the treasure and also increased the durability of Eldorado's Berserker, which is prone to death.

Furthermore, it also activates Merlin's treasure tool along with Eldorado's treasure tool.

This is Eldorado's Berserker treasure, enhanced by Merlin's skills.

With this treasure, we were able to shave off a whopping 280,000 HP and break through the first gauge of HP in one fell swoop.

Next is the treasure of Merlin. This is not an offensive treasure, but a support tool.

Marlin's treasure grants everyone HP recovery every turn and NP gain every turn.

This restores the HP of Berserkers and improves their place in the field. In addition, further treasure can be expected with NP gain.

Having broken through the first gauge, this is the end of the first part.

In the second part, I would like to go on breaking the second gauge without fail with a stable member behind me.

Conclusion Adding Merlin to the aggressive formation will increase both firepower and durability.

The three in the first half were all Berserkers, aggressive Servants with many Buster cards.

Although they had high firepower, they would die quickly if they were hit by bullets, so they were limited to a few turns.

This time, however, by bringing out Merlin in the middle, we were able to further increase their firepower, recover to increase their durability, and even accumulate treasure at the same time. He is a very useful Servant to have in an offensive formation.

Merlin is a 5-star Servant that is difficult to obtain, but if you want to heal, there are also 3-star Andersen and others, and increasing attack power is a skill that many different Servants have.

Also, some people place Merlin in the support column of their friends, so it will be a strong party if you make active use of him.
