City Hunter," a legend in the world of manga that has sold more than 50 million copies worldwide and still boasts enormous popularity around the world, will be revived as a feature-length animated film in 2019! The previous announcement of the decision to produce a feature film version took the world by surprise, and the announcement that the original cast members, Akira Kamiya as Ryo Saeba and Kazue Ikura as Kaori Makimura, would be continuing their roles, delighted many fans.

City Hunter," or Saeba Akira, takes on a variety of commissions in Shinjuku and fights against evil that cannot be judged by law. He is a top-notch marksman and the underworld's No. 1 sweeper, but he is also an unparalleled lover of women. His partner, Kaoru Makimura, sometimes "fights off" his attempts to harm his client's women, but at the same time supports him as a partner in his work and grows with him. In 1987, a TV animation series produced by Sunrise began airing, and has become a blockbuster hit with 140 episodes, three specials, and three movie versions.

This time, a special trailer featuring legendary voice actor Akira Kamiya, who is also famous for his roles as Kinniku Suguru in "Kinnikuman" and Kenshiro in "Fist of the North Star," has been released .
