Reviewing episode 4 of "Girls☆Play Revue Starlight," we do! The two sitting positions in the memory

The fourth episode of "Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight" "Yakusoku Tower" was a city adventure in which Karen runs around Tokyo in search of Hikari who has disappeared, thinking it was a routine interludes ...... without a revue.

The Omorikaigan Station depicted in the work is the closest station to the Shinagawa Aquarium. Hikari's favorite jellyfish (......, didn't Hikari hate those slippery things?) can be seen at aquariums around Tokyo. ), Hikari crosses the river to Sensoji Temple, Ueno, and Tsukishima, which are popular tourist destinations for "up-and-coming" tourists. In addition to the jellyfish element, the Tokyo Skytree, currently the tallest tower in Japan, appears in the background of Hikari's tour. Was Hikari interested in the Tokyo Sky Tree, which is higher than the Tokyo Tower she remembers and has the Sumida Aquarium on its premises, after visiting Japan for a long time?

As Karai runs around Tokyo, Hikari informs him of her whereabouts with a vague picture on her phone. Hikari's contradictory feelings of "I want her to come after me," "but I don't know whether I should tell her that or not, and I'm afraid to hope for it," come through. Perhaps overcome by the enthusiasm and affection of Hana Koi, who actually pursued her, Hikari begins to talk with Hana Koi over the phone. It is as if they are making up for time apart.

I was honestly surprised by Hikari's "dere" in this fourth episode. I thought she would be tsuntsun all the time. However, as we follow the flow of the conversation, we begin to see what Hikari was afraid of and what she was trying to prevent. She said, "If you don't pass that audition, you will be deprived of the most important thing as a stage girl. That is why you must not lose. If the reason he was trying to prevent Hanako from participating in the audition was so that she would not fail the audition and be deprived of what is most important to her as a stage girl, the story becomes easier to understand.

If her bond with herself is what draws Hanakoi to the stage, then she tries to keep her away from danger by coldly pushing her away. If, nevertheless, Hanako is on stage, and if she has been defeated once by Shinya, she wants to make sure that this time Hanako will not be defeated again. It is rational.

But not only that, Hikari also cares about the promise she made to Hanako at Tokyo Tower to become a star someday, and she cannot bear it if she is the only one who remembers that promise, if the promise that supported her heart is broken... I think it was this girlish fragility and fear that made Hikari hesitant to step in.

In the "Drama Starlight" scene depicted in the image scene of episode 4, the goddess played by Karen's eyes were scorched by the starlight and fell, and the stage on which Hikari's goddess stood was depicted as reaching a higher level. It is a cruel trick in which the winner of the audition and revue takes something important from the loser and becomes the top star.

But then, "Then, let's both pass the audition! and propose to change the rules and the world. Aware of the gap between her and Shinya's abilities, she reaches out to Hikari and says, "Don't worry! and offers a hand to Hikari. I believe that Hanako is a star who shines brightly only when she is paired with Hikari Kagura.

The only thing that bothered me was that in the recollection scene, the positions of Hanako and Hikari looking at the "Drama Starlight" were reversed from the beginning of the first episode. Is there some connection to the description of the "reversal of the world" when Hikari visits the school? I hate it when they slip something like this into a happy everyday scene.

Now, episode 3 describes the relationships changed by the audition and Hikari's arrival, but episode 4 describes the present state of the girls in their original combination. While the friends who cover for the two curfew-breakers play the fool, I'm kind of glad to see Shinya getting into the groove and joining in.

I was struck by how much prettier and more attractive than usual, Hanako when with Hikari, Kako when with Futaba, and Maya when with Claudine. Also, I like the stage girls in their plain clothes! Banana-ice!
