PS4 "Fire Pro Wrestling World" launches today, August 9, after 13 years! PC version DLC will also be available on August 28!

Spike Chunsoft released the PS4 action "Fire Pro Wrestling World" today, Thursday, August 9.

Fire Pro Wrestling World" is the latest title in the popular "Fire Pro Wrestling" series, nicknamed "Phi Pro. Fire Pro Wrestling World" was released for home video game consoles today, August 9 (Thu.), 13 years after "Phi Pro Returns" was released in 2005!　In collaboration with New Japan Pro-Wrestling, 39 players from New Japan Pro-Wrestling appear in the game with their real names. The game features detailed recreations of each wrestler's signature moves and wrestling style, allowing players to enjoy the passionate battles of New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

In the "Fighting Road" story mode, in which many New Japan Pro-Wrestling wrestlers appear, players can enjoy a story in which they join New Japan Pro-Wrestling and aim to become the IWGP champion, the pinnacle of the sport, after training as a trainee, becoming a young lion, training as a warrior overseas, and joining the military corps.

Furthermore, the PC (Steam) version of the game, which has been on sale since late last year, will also have a release date of August 28 (Tuesday) for downloadable content (DLC) that will introduce the same New Japan Pro-Wrestling collaboration as the PS4 version!　The price will be 2,700 yen (tax included), so PC version users should look forward to its release!
