From August 15 (Wed.) to October 8 (Mon.), 2018, Sanyo Electric Railway (Sanyo Tramway), based in southern Hyogo Prefecture, will hold the stamp rally project "Sakura to Odekake Sanyo Tramway" in collaboration with the popular anime "Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Arc".

Card Captor Sakura" is a popular comic series serialized in "Nakayoshi" (Kodansha) from 1996 to 2000 by CLAMP, a hit maker of "Magic Knight Rayearth" and "XXXHOLiC", etc. When the TV anime was broadcast on NHK in 1998, its popularity accelerated. The popularity of the comic accelerated and became a huge boom that transcended gender and generation. In 2016, the 20th anniversary of the serialization, a new sequel, "Card Captor Sakura Clear Card Arc," began serialization and was broadcast on NHK BS Premium from January of this year.

Card Captor Sakura Clear Card Arc" and Sanyo Electric Railway (hereinafter referred to as "Sanyo Electric Railway") have collaborated to hold the stamp rally project "Sakura and Sanyo Electric Railway" from August 15 (Wed) to October 8 (Mon), 2018.

During the period, a stamp rally will be held at five stations along the Sanyo Train line. The first 12,000 visitors to collect all the stamps and get a stamp for the completion prize at Nishidai Station, the goal point, will receive original goods as a present.
Photo spots will also appear at various locations along the route. Life-size photo panels of the characters will welcome you.

Prior to the collaboration, the "Sakura and Outing Sanyo Denko" train, which started running on March 13, was shown to the press at Sanyo Denko's Higashi-Nitami rail yard.

The "Sakura to Odekake Sanyo Densha-go" is an original "Card Captor Sakura" decorated train, and one train (6-car formation) will make a special run between Sanyo Himeji Station and Hanshin Umeda Station.

This collaboration was realized because Sanyo Train's concept of "taking good care of customers along the train line" and "Card Captor Sakura's" glimpse of "taking good care of people close to you" coincided with each other.

Normally, Sanyo Train cars are painted with red strips, but for this collaboration, they are wrapped with light pink strips depicting Sakura.

From August 13 to mid-September, the headmark will feature Kero-chan and Suppy wearing a driver's hat, and from mid-September to the end of the event, the headmark will be changed to Sakura and Syaoran.

The side door decorations also feature a total of 10 characters and 8 items, including illustrations newly drawn for the event, clear card characters, and items related to the characters. The wrapping is designed to show off Sakura-chan's cuteness in various battle costumes.

The interior of each car is decorated with a different concept, and the characters painted on the outside of the car and the characters painted on the inside of the doors correspond to each other, so you can enjoy your favorite character if you check the car you are boarding in advance.

With the elimination of hanging advertisements, the interior of the train cars is now "Sakura-only"!
Illustrations of the characters are placed on the doors, and the related characters' lines are placed above the doors, and a collection of famous scenes from the anime and the collaboration logo decorate the entire train.

The adorable figures of Kero-chan, Suppy, and Momo on the ceiling wrapping, a first for Sanyo Electric Railway, will make your cheeks relax.

The "Flight Sakura" photo spot, drawn especially for this event, is definitely worth checking out.

1. Obtain a stamp rally form at any Sanyo Electric Railway station or on the Sanyo Electric Railway website.
At the station where the stamps are placed, stamp the designated position on the form.
After collecting 5 stamps, the event staff will present original goods to the first 12,000 visitors who receive a stamp for the rally completion prize at Nishidai Station, the goal point of the rally.

Please use only one rally form per person.
Only one rally completion prize can be redeemed per person.
Prizes will be closed when all the prizes are gone. The event is subject to end without prior notice.

W Chance Prize:A total of 50 people will be selected by lottery to receive original goods if they apply for the prize by stamping their entry ticket at the goal point as well.

One-day ticket and commemorative admission ticket for Sakura and Outing

A one-day ticket will be on sale that allows you to ride freely on all Sanyo Electric Railway lines (Nishidai～Sanyo Himeji, Sanyo Aboshi) for one day, and also allows you to ride the Sumaura Ropeway and Carator round-trip. The ticket price is 1,200 yen instead of the regular fare of 2,820 yen, and you can enjoy the "Card Captor Sakura" design.
