Theatrical anime "Kimi no Pancreas wo Tabetai" to hold a stage greeting by the splendid cast members including Mahiro Takasugi and Lynn! The book shadow of the bonus novel has also been released!

A stage greeting will be held by the cast of "Kimi no Pancreas wo Tabetai" (I want to eat your pancreas), an anime movie to be released in the fall of 2018.

Kimi no Pancreas wo Tabetai" is a coming-of-age novel by Yoru Sumino. The story is about a high school girl, Sakura Yamauchi, who has a pancreatic disease and has little time left to live, and her classmate "I" who happens to find her diary "Kyou-sickness bunko," and gradually grows closer to her by helping her with her "things I want to do before I die. In 2016, the story was made into an audiobook starring Kenichi Suzumura and Yui Horie, and a live-action movie was released in July 2017. Furthermore, a theatrical anime adaptation was announced in August 2017.
⇒ "Kimi no Pancreas wo Tabetai" (I want to eat your pancreas), which has sold more than 2 million copies of books related to the original work, will be adapted into a theatrical anime in 2018!

To commemorate the opening of the theater, a nationwide stage greeting event will be held by the cast for two weeks from the day of the opening of the movie. In addition to the cast members including Mahiro Takasugi, Lynn, Yukiyo Fujii, and Eimi Wakui, director Shinichiro Ushijima will also appear.

In addition, the book shadow of the newly written novel "My Father and Someone to Remember," which will be a special gift for visitors, has been released! The back view of the two men depicted in the book will make you wonder who they are. Also included in the book is a conversation between Mahiro Takasugi, who plays "Boku", Lynn, who plays Sakuraya Yamauchi, and Yosako Sumino, making this a must-have item for fans.

Tickets for this event will go on pre-sale at Ticket Pia from August 18 (Sat) at 11:00 a.m. Tickets will also go on general sale at theaters and online from August 25 (Sat) at 10:00 a.m. Keep your eyes on "Kimisui" as it continues to gain momentum in the lead up to its release in theaters!

＜STORY
