Tanjiro Kamado, the main character from the popular TV anime "Demon Slayer," will be released in June 2021 as a new movable action figure "figma" sold by Good Smile Company and released by Max Factory. Pre-orders began on September 24, 2020 (Thursday). The "DX Edition" will be priced at 9,545 yen (excluding tax) and the "Normal Edition" at 7,091 yen (excluding tax).

The popular manga "Demon Slayer," which reached its conclusion in May of this year in Weekly Shonen Jump (original story: Yoseharu Goute / Shueisha Jump), has sold more than 80 million copies and continues to be a hit, becoming a social phenomenon. The TV anime, which ran for 26 episodes over a two-cour period, boosted its popularity among a wide range of viewers, and "Demon Slayer the Movie: Infinity Train" is scheduled to be released on October 16, 2020.

The main character "Tanjiro Kamado" from the popular TV anime "Demon Slayer" will be made into figma.
