Akiba Research Institute is currently running a giveaway campaign in which one lucky person will win a copy of "Ys Origin Special Edition" for Nintendo Switch.

Ys Origin Special Edition" is a packaged edition of "Ys Origin," which depicts the beginning of the popular ARPG "Ys" series. As a special item bundled only with the package for fans of the series, the special retro-size box specification was created in the image of the first limited edition of the original version released by Nihon Falcom in 2006. The package features a design featuring the two iconic goddesses, Rhea and Fina, while retaining the world view of the original version.

Two stories hidden within "The Legend of Ys. The adventures of the two protagonists, who follow different paths, sometimes overlap and sometimes cross paths, creating a new legend.
Each character's adventure journey is completely different from the others.

Original soundtrack 2-CD set
A collection of songs including "GENESIS BEYOND THE BEGINNING," the opening song of the game.

About Time Attack Mode
Fun after completing the game. Speed battle your way through your favorite boss battles!

After completing the game with Yunika and Hugo, as well as other characters that will be unlocked later, players will be able to choose their favorite bosses and enjoy time battles with them.
Among the more than 10 bosses, familiar characters from "Ys 1" and "Ys 2" are also lined up. In addition, players can enjoy various menus such as "Boss Rush," in which all the bosses are defeated in succession.

The game offers a different gameplay experience from conquering the Tower of Dahm, the stage of this title, one by one, and allows players to fully enjoy thrilling gameplay.
