<Synopsis>
Subaru glimpses various events during his second ordeal. What moved Subaru, who was about to be worn out, was a person who loved Subaru more than anyone else, and who was also more demanding than anyone else. When Subaru wakes up, he tells Echidna, who reaches out to him to lend her strength, that he will not take her hand. At that moment, a jealous witch wearing a veil of darkness appears and she, too, offers her hand to Subaru.
