Arcade game "Hoshi to Tsubasa no Paradox" launches a new 2-on-2 mode "Shogekisen"!

On Wednesday, September 30, Square Enix released a major version update of its arcade project "Hoshi to Tsubasa no Paradox," adding a new mode called "Shogeki Sen," in which two players can enjoy heated battles against each other.

Hoshi to Tsubasa no Paradox" is an arcade mecha action game by Square Enix. In addition to high-quality animation and the possibility of online battles of up to eight players, the game also features a "sensory experience" cabinet that moves in accordance with the movements in the game, allowing players to enjoy a more realistic experience of riding a robot.

Sunrise is in charge of the world setting and animation, with Naohiro Ogata of "Mobile Suit Gundam UC" as producer, Yoshiyuki Sadamoto of "Neon Genesis Evangelion" as character designer, and Ippei Katabe of "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blood Orphens" as mechanical designer. The project has a top-notch staff.

On September 30, a major version upgrade will be implemented. In addition to the existing "Shogakusen," a large-scale battle of 8 players against 8 players, a new mode "Shogekisen," which allows 2 players against 2 players to enjoy heated battles, has been launched.

The realistic robot boarding experience has been maintained, and the game is now easier to play with a 100 yen play fee (free continuation upon victory/maximum of 10 plays). The game system has also been revamped. It is not too late to experience it.

◆New game system
In the "Battle of Shogeki," you can freely select your favorite aircraft from 14 aerials that have been set up in advance and launch them into battle. There is no need to collect parts, so you can easily enjoy a variety of aircraft.

After selecting one of the four weapon packs for each aircraft, and one special weapon, the player is ready to go into battle.

The weapon packs can all be selected from the start, with the younger numbered packs being slightly more suitable for beginners.

Work together with your allies to inflict massive damage! New "Crossburst" system
Each aerial has a new "burst gauge" in addition to the aircraft's durability value. When the Burst Gauge reaches zero, the aircraft enters a "burst state" that renders it inoperable for a certain period of time.

When a friendly aircraft attacks an enemy Aerial that has entered a burst state, a "cross burst" occurs, inflicting heavy damage. When an allied aircraft bursts an enemy aircraft, an announcement will appear on the screen, and you can immediately launch a cross burst. The key to victory is to work well with your partner.

Special Weapons" - Special attacks that can turn the tables
In addition to weapon packs, players can use selected "special weapons.
Special Weapon is a very powerful weapon that can be used only when the special gauge is full. The more your team's team gauge is reduced and the more you are in a pinch, the more your performance will increase step by step.

Now is the time to start!
The new "Shogekisen" mode does not require players to collect aircraft or weapon parts from scratch, and does not require registration on the mobile site, making it easy for players to get started. If you have been curious about "Hoshi to Tsubasa no Paradox" but have never played it before, this is the perfect opportunity to get into a large, interactive cabinet and soar through the sky.
