The night I heard the heartbeat of stars in the starless night sky──"BanG Dream! 8th☆LIVE" Summer Outdoor 3DAYS DAY3: Poppin'Party, Ami Maejima with RAISE A SUILEN, Morfonica "Special Live - Summerly Tone♪". Report

BanG Dream! 8th☆Live" outdoor summer 3DAYS DAY3: Poppin'Party, Ami Maejima (Pastel*Palettes as Aya Maruyama) with RAISE A SUILEN, Morfonica "Special Live - Summerly Tone♪" was held at Fujikyu Highland Conifer Forest on The event was held on August 23, 2020 at Fujikyu Highland Conifer Forest.

DAY3 featured Poppin'Party (Gt.&Vo. Aimi, Gt. Sae Otsuka, Ba. Rimi Nishimoto, Dr. Ayaka Ohashi, Key Ayasa Ito), Ami Maeshima (Pastel*Palettes) with RAISE A SUILEN (Ba. Raychell, Gt. Riko Obara, Dr. Natsume, Key. Natsume, Key: Reiho Kurachi, DJ: Boki Risa), Morfonica (Vo: Shindo Amane, Gt: Himena Naota, Ba: Yuka Nishio, Dr: mika, Vn: Ayasa) and others.

Morfonica

Morfonica was originally scheduled to perform at the "Morfonica Debut Event "Prelude"" on May 1, 2020, but due to the effects of the new coronavirus, the event had to be canceled. However, due to a new coronavirus, the event was cancelled. This was their first live performance in front of an audience.

When the five members appeared on stage, vocalist Amane Shindo stood on a stand in the center of the stage, looking slightly downcast and focused. Ayasa's violin opened the world of Morfonica. Once again, I was amazed by the overwhelming technique and sound pressure of Ayasa's violin, and the sense of its presence in the spacious outdoor space was as if it were blasting from the front. The story-like melody of the song was accompanied by Shindo's voice as she reached out to the audience, mika expertly playing the drums with her right hand while locking onto the audience with her left stick, and Nishio smiling at the right moment before the chorus with a "nikko" (grin). Someday in my hands! Shindo-san's eyes that seemed to shoot through the camera during the phrase "Someday, I'll have it!

What was interesting was the style of Morfonica's character MC. The talk was led by guitarist Hena Naoda, who played the role of Toruko Kirigaya, who said cheerfully, "Today we are performing live for the first time! She was in charge of the talk in a cheerful and lively manner. Ms. Shindo's crisp, snappy "Good day, I'm Morfonica," and other snappy phrases showed the quiet enthusiasm of Mashiro Kurata, who plays the role of Mashiro Kurata. The relationship between the two members was evident: Nanabuka Hiromachi, played by Nishio, was at her own pace; Rui Yashio, played by Ayasa, was cool; and Tsukushi Futaba, played by mika, showed off her leader's personality.

Morfonica performed "chAngE" and "Melissa" from their cover songs. In "chAngE," Ayasa's fresh action of clapping her hands with the violin strings and Naota's precise style of playing while violently beating the rhythm with her upper body were impressive. During "Melissa," a fantastic video showing the outdoors around sunset was projected on the screen, and the impression of the sunset among the trees was linked to the video, giving the audience a strange sensation of not knowing whether the video was real or a made-up music video.

Mr. Shindo introduced the song "Prelude to Gold" with a smile on his face. The song was performed under the golden sunset light, and the link between the lyrics and the video was impressive. The lyrics of the song were linked to the images, especially the phrase "I want you to see the view I want to see from this stage... Dreams come true... I want you to see it too..." When the video switched to a real-time image of the audience from the stage and the beautiful nature scene in the back of the stage, the audience was impressed. I was surprised when the video switched to a real-time image of the crowd seen from the stage and the beautiful nature scene in the back of the stage. The last song was "Bloom Bloom," which showed us the potential of buds that are about to blossom.

Ami Maejima (Pastel*Palettes as Aya Maruyama) with RAISE A SUILEN

The three vocalists (Aimi, Maeshima, and Shindo) of the three teams that performed today gave a variety video titled "Zenryoku! Bandori! Times", Ami Maeshima and RAISE A SUILEN appeared on stage.

Standing at the center of the stage, Ms. Maeshima turned her back to the audience and, with her back to the audience, kept rhythm with one leg in a thumping motion. It was a wonder that the visual of her backside was so neatly formed as an idol. She showed that she is an idol from head to toe and back with "Kyu-mai*flower," in which she danced in perfect synchronization with Aya Maruyama dancing on the screen in a lighthearted manner.

What was impressive about "Paspa Revolutions☆" was the solid technical skills of RAISE A SUILEN, who took the stage as the supporting band. In particular, Raychell, who stood diagonally behind Maejima, was spectacular in his magnificent bass playing.

With the strongest support and the hearty calls of the audience, the sparkling Mr. Maejima said, "I almost cried when I saw your faces. I missed you so much!" and expressed her feelings. She pointed out the large ribbon on her waist and the bows on her feet as the charm points of her new costume, and her tapping of one foot with her back to the audience at the beginning was probably meant to show off the charm of the costume.

I want to win the world! The fun and enthusiasm of "Tengatootsu A to Z☆," which started with the words "I want to get under the sun! The first performance of "Hot, hot, everlasting summer, Love Summer! Ms. Maejima seemed to express the waves, the sun, and summer itself with her whole body as she lightly side-stepped to the song.

The special stage performance for this day only was "Yura Yura Ring-Dong-Dance. The screen was divided into two parts, with Ami Maejima, a local singer, appearing on one side of the screen. On the other screen was a video of Uesaka Sumire, who plays Shirasagi Chisato, singing and dancing. Aya and Chisato sang and danced together to "Yura Yura Ring-Dong-Dance," in which Aya and Chisato were the main vocalists! What surprised me was the high level of reproduction of Ms. Uesaka's performance; not only the costumes and dance, but even her facial expressions and airiness could be described as Chisato herself. Another highlight was the well-crafted performance, in which Ms. Maejima waved her hand toward the boundary of the screen and the two high-fived each other.

When Ms. Maeshima received a message from Ms. Uesaka after the song, she was already crying with emotion. I've always wanted to sing with Chisato," she said. I had decided not to sing the song (as a soloist) until I could sing it with Chisato," she said.

The last number by Ms. Maejima and RAISE A SUILEN was "Mou Ichido Luminous", which was performed with real-time images of the venue. The sun-like smile that Maeshima-san showed during the interlude remained in my memory.

Poppin'Party

The five members of Poppin'Party appeared on stage to the melody of "Kizuna Music♪" and the first song they performed was "Time Lapse" by the best five members who had not been together for a long time! The song started with the a cappella rendition of "The sun goes down and the voices become stars," and the five members brought it to the outdoor live setting where the evening was actually approaching. While showing off his tremendous guitar skills in the song at the very beginning of his performance, Otsuka-san was the very definition of a guitarist as he played the song with a sense of happiness, as if he could not help but enjoy playing it at a live concert.

Fujikyu! Let's get more excited! The band started with "Initials," during which the screen image showed the solo parts of each member in turn. The video was made to look like a music video.

The song "Natsu no Dawn!" was performed by Ayasa Ito, who was very impressive during the summer song corner that began here. In "Natsu no Dawn! and led the audience in clapping along to the 337 time signature in "Natsuzora SUN! SUN! SEVEN! SEVEN!", Mr. Ohashi prepared standing drums and Mr. Ito shoulder keyboards, and everyone came to the front to join in the excitement.

SEVEN!" was so exciting that the members except for Mr. Ito started dancing without playing during the chorus, and when they resumed the performance, Mr. Ito, who had just been giving a hard time, started dancing by himself. In the end, Nishimoto-san ended the performance with a comedic rant reminiscent of Shinki Gekijo. While incorporating elements of laughter into the live performance, each time the girls came back from a skit, they spontaneously started over from the chorus, a performance that showed how much effort they had put in before this stage.

The closing song of the summer song corner was "Hachigatsu no if. Ohashi-san took the microphone for this double-vocal song with Aimi-san. The quiet performance and singing had the feel of an acoustic number. The smiling face of Aimi, who plays the role of Kasumi Toyama, was not only cheerful and energetic but also tender and loving.

From this point on, the story of "Bandolier!" ......, where Kasumi looked up at the starry sky on a childhood day and listened to the heartbeats of the stars, is the starting point of the story of "Bandolier! This block evokes the origin of the story of "Bandolier! Tokimeki Experience!" begins with "Arcing meteors in the praying sky" against the backdrop of a star-filled starry sky. which begins with the words, "A meteor arcing across the praying sky," against the backdrop of a star-filled night sky. Unfortunately, the sky was almost starless, but Aimi exclaimed, "I can see the moon so well! and thousands of people looked up at the moon in the sky together, which was a special experience.

Aimi then said, "There is a song I have been looking forward to singing under the night sky. I'd be happy if you all could sing it with "la la la la" in your hearts", the next song was naturally "STAR BEAT! ~Hoshinokodou~" - but here I want to remind you that on DAY 1, Roselia made us think they were going to sing "Safe and Sound" starting with "la la la la", and then the band members sang "Safe and Sound" with the words "Safe and Sound" and "Safe and Sound". STAR BEAT! ~Hoshinokodou~" and the vocalist, Aina Aiba, started singing along in a groove.

So, the band of Poppin'Party, which is particular about variety, started playing Roselia's "FIRE BIRD" at this point. The band sang "FIRE BIRD," another Roselia song, instead of "Safe and Sound," a twist on Roselia's "FIRE BIRD," which is as expected.

After a surprise video comment from Ms. Aiba, who plays Yukina Minato of Roselia, an animated music video from their 2nd Single Blu-ray Limited Edition released in 2016 was shown on the screen. The stage on which Poppin'Party stood in the projected animation was also outdoors with the wind blowing. Watching one of the originals performed by the five members who have grown up with that video in the background, I felt like I had really come a long way. It was very nostalgic to see the front angle of Ito playing his solo part, flanked by Aimi and Otsuka, a sight that I had seen in their early live performances. In the last part of the performance, Aimi pointed to the sky, and I was sure I saw stars beyond her eyes.

The closing song in this vein was "Teardrops. The highlight of the show was the moment when all of the lights dedicated by the bandleaders in the hall changed from blue to red in time with the phrase "Blue to red. In the open air, where the venue was enveloped in deep darkness except for the lights, this change was vividly beautiful. With no way to raise their voices to the top of their throats, this song was the best way to convey the bandleaders' feelings and the beating of their hearts to the stage. Aimi's whispers on stage and the words "I won't let go of your hand" were filled with more emotion than usual.

At this point, the members greeted the audience, and Ms. Nishimoto's "I'm home! Welcome back! I missed you all so much! was a simple cry that I think was shared by everyone, including the audience. As for the variety of live performances, Mr. Ito said that he wanted to make everyone smile precisely because it was a time like this.

The last song of the main program, "My Light Rain," was a song about Poppin'Party, who have grown up a bit, and their hopes for the future. As famous scenes from the anime played in the background, it was memorable to see Aimi holding back tears as she sang the song, holding her ground. She usually never cries on stage, but when she was singing while fighting, Ohashi-san smiled cheerfully to support her as he played the drums, which I felt was very "typical. The final act ended with a big smile amidst the fireworks.

The encore, welcomed by endless clapping, was the grand finale of the entire 3-DAYS. The "The moment you shoot your dreams through! is a special song performed by all members of Poppin'Party, Roselia, and RAISE A SUILEN together in the final episode of the anime "BanG Dream! For encore, Raychell, vocalist of RAISE A SUILEN, and Aina Aiba, vocalist of Roselia, made a surprise appearance as special guests and synchronized their singing voices and feelings in a special version of "Yume wo Yakkutsu Hattori Moment ni! The three vocalists synchronized their voices and feelings in a special version of "The moment you shoot out your dreams! During the song, the members of RAISE A SUILEN and Ami Maejima of Pastel*Palettes appeared on the side stage. In the last part of the song, all the members jumped up and down to the tune of "Se-no," and the night sky was lit up with three colors of gorgeous fireworks. The encore was filled with a sense of relief that the first challenge had been successfully run through amidst social conditions, bad weather, and various other difficulties, as well as a sense of euphoria that the best live performance had been completed.
