The strongest mage, once again.
If you want to settle things with me, come to Kimlak." Following the words left by his sister-in-law, Azalee, the Orphens head for Kimlak, where the mages are engaged in a fierce confrontation.
Suddenly, Orphen hears a scream and rushes to the scene, where he encounters Metzen, a female swordswoman fighting valiantly against the enemy amidst a heap of corpses.
In exchange for his help, Orphen asks her to lead him to Kimurak.
After destroying the enemy, Orphen and his friends eventually arrive at Kimulak, where they find the "Teachers of Death," who are in charge of assassinating the mages led by Quo, waiting for them. <Story

Kirilanchero, who lived in the "Fang Tower," the continent's top mage training institution, was an elite mage under Childman, the continent's most powerful mage, and was named Successor of Leather Edge, inheriting all of his combat skills and assassination techniques.

Kirilanchero left the Tower of Fangs to search for his sister-in-law Azalee, who disappeared after an experiment left her in a deformed form, and he abandoned his past to take the name Orphen and work as a small-time moneylender in Totokanta.
There, he meets a new friend, the chaperoned young lady Creaou, and her apprentice boy Majik, and together they begin their journey to save Azalee.

He also has a fateful reunion with his former mentor Childman, Hartia, Comicron, and his schoolmates who are on their way to defeat Azalee, but their feelings are mixed and they part company once again.

The journey takes them through the Fenrir Forest to Tahlem.
