The theme song of the movie will be "Tsukiiro Chainon" sung by Momoiro Clover Z with Sailor Moon (CV: Kotono Mitsuishi), Sailor Mercury (CV: Hisako Kanemoto), Sailor Mars (CV: Rina Sato), Sailor Jupiter (CV: Ami Komizu) and Sailor Venus (CV: Shizuka Ito). The theme song will be "Tsukiiro Chainon" sung by Momoiro Clover Z with Sailor Moon (CV: Kotono Mitsuishi), Sailor Mercury (CV: Hisako Kanemoto), Sailor Mars (CV: Rina Sato), Sailor Jupiter (CV: Ami Komizu) and Sailor Venus (CV: Shizuka Ito). The song was chosen.

Tsukiiro Chainon" (read: Tsukiiro Chainon) was written especially for this work. The lyrics were written by Sumire Shirobara, who wrote "Tsukiiro Chainon" for the anime "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal. The music is composed by Akiko Kosaka, who has composed many songs for the "Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon" series. The song, composed for the movie version by the strongest tag team in charge of the ED of the first season of the anime "Sailor Moon Crystal," is a heart-rending song with a rock-like yet sad and somewhat mysterious tune and poetic lyrics that express the feelings of the Sailor Senshi.
