A new genre [special effects] x [idol] is born! The idol project "AI Droid RAISING", presented by Koichi Sakamoto & Toshihisa Arakawa, has released a unique music video!

The music video, staff, and cast from "AI Droid RAISING," a unique project that crosses the two genres of [special effects] and [idols], has been released.

The idol project "AI Droid RAISING" suddenly started Twitter on a certain day in September 2020. The music video, directed by Koichi Sakamoto, a top creator in the special effects industry, and scenario written by Toshihisa Arakawa, has now been released.

Two idol units named LOVE and EVE, who have a unique presence, "TwinTwin - Kuruzu ! The producer, Makoto Aiuchi, is played by Tatsuomi Hamada, who has worked with director Koichi Sakamoto many times.

LOVE (voice: Hitomi Sakaki)

An android girl. Her first name is "Boku". She was found by Makoto when she was abandoned and half destroyed, and decided to become an idol. She has a boyish look and excellent athletic ability. She is programmed to be cheerful and friendly, but for some reason, she is concerned about Mako's behavior and sometimes develops unanalyzable feelings (jealousy?). Her emotional analysis circuits are excellent, and she is good at kneeling on her knees due to the elasticity of her silicon skin and the heat generated by the servo motors inside her body. Her complex is that she is not good at dancing. She also has a strong core side that tries to compensate for her performance through hard work.

At first I was a bit nervous because they looked so different from normal girls, but after watching videos of their daily lives, I found that they were surprisingly moe! (laugh) So I decided to give it a try. I hope we can expand beyond music videos to bring out more and more of the girls' charms!

This project was so far out of my league that at first I seriously thought it was a joke (laugh). It was tough to give form to elements that I normally don't think about, but I think it was a very rich and enjoyable process. I was very impressed when I saw the finished PV.

When we were filming, director Sakamoto told me how cute I was, and when I actually saw the finished film, I thought, "Oh, it sure is cute. Also, I did not get to see the scene where LOVE and EVE were dancing, so I saw it for the first time after it was completed, and it was so cute and amazing! I hope that the audience will pay attention to the singing and dancing, of course, but also to the hard work and adorable parts of MAKOTO, who I played!
