D-kitchen is a restaurant specializing in dashimaki burgers with the concept of "a hamburger with a dashi-flavored egg omelet. The restaurant's burgers are based on the "Dashimaki Burger," a simple burger made with carefully selected eggs, dashimaki tamago softly baked in umami broth made from kelp, and mustard mayonnaise, and a hearty "Manpuku Sukiyaki Dashimaki Burger and the "Pickled Tartar Dashimaki Burger," a Japanese-style burger with homemade egg tartar and takuan (pickled radish).
