Additional "Violet Evergarden the Movie" cut film will be given as an admission gift!

Violet Evergarden the Movie," which opened in theaters on September 18, 2020 (Friday), will distribute additional admission gifts from October 16 (Friday) as a thank-you for the blockbuster success.

The film has recorded 898,663 moviegoers and 1,283,803,400 yen in box-office revenue in the 24 days since its release. While many major films, including new releases, were released in more than 300 theaters, this film ranked in the top three for four consecutive weeks in the weekend rankings, despite being released in 153 theaters.
The film was also highly rated by moviegoers, with many customers in their 20s, 30s, and college students, while the upper range of customers was as wide as 60s. There were also reports from theaters that "we saw some customers break down in tears when they left the theater," which has raised expectations for future box-office success.

As a thank-you gift for the blockbuster hit, a cut film (randomly distributed) of four frames cut from the 35mm film of the film will be distributed to theater-goers in limited quantities as an additional admission present starting on October 16 (Fri.).
