TEPPEN, a card battle for smartphones, holds "TEPPEN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2020" with a prize money of 5 million yen!

TEPPEN, the Ultimate Card Battle for smartphones, will hold the "TEPPEN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2020" ("WC2020") in December 2020 to determine the No. 1 TEPPEN player in the world.

With a total prize pool of 5,000,000 yen, the "WC2020" will bring together the top players from each region to engage in heated battles. The winner will receive 3,000,000 yen in prize money and the right to decide the card illustration, while the first to fourth place winners (Japanese nationals only) will receive a TEPPEN professional license along with the prize money.

Entry for the "Online Region CUP" for the right to participate in the "WC2020" finals began on October 16 (Fri.).
The top 20 players in the tournaments from the January ranked match "Dante" to the September ranked match "Lilith" will be eligible to participate in the finals. The top 3 players from each region (=12 players) in the "Online Region CUP," which opened for entries today and will be held in 4 regions around the world, will be added to the total of 32 players.

The "Online Region CUP" will be held online on Saturday, October 24, 2020, and each region will compete against each other to determine their ranking. Rankings will be determined by battle points, which will increase or decrease according to wins and losses.
