Winter Anime "Ramune the Phantom Doctor" Announces Anime Images and Additional Cast Members, Including Nobuhiko Okamoto! OP theme is by Yuma Uchida!

The first PV of the TV anime "Ramune the Phantom Doctor," which will start airing in January 2021, has been released and animation footage has been unveiled for the first time. New information on additional cast members, the opening theme artist, and the music staff has also arrived.

The story of "Kai Sickness Doctor Ramune" is that Ramune, a doctor specializing in curing "monster diseases," a disease in which "monsters" enter the minds of people who are weak with worries and cause physical changes, and his apprentice, Kuro, stands up to the disease. Mayonnaise comes out of their eyes, their fingertips turn into chili peppers, and other such strange "monster diseases" are solved one after another by the "monster doctor" and his apprentice in this "monster" medical fantasy.
The anime's main staff includes Hideaki Ohba as director, Ayumi Hisao as series composition and script writer, Yoko Sato as character designer, and Platina Vision as animation producer.

In the world of "Ramune, the Phantom Doctor," there is a disease called "Phantom Disease," which is a disease that originates in the mind. The theme of the work is how to release such things stored in the mind, such as doubts and worries, and what choices to make in such a situation.
The song "SHAKE! SHAKE! SHAKE!" was created to accompany Ramune's desire to cheerfully release and lead the characters suffering from the monstrous disease by capturing their hearts. In the story, there are moments when they have to face their hearts and face the painful reality, but when they face reality and look forward, then the world will be bright and they will take a step toward a new self, that is how I thought when I sang the song.
