A live special program commemorating the release of "SHIROBAKO the Movie" Blu-ray & DVD will be held on November 7 (Sat)!

The Blu-ray and DVD of "SHIROBAKO the Movie" will be released on January 8, 2021. To commemorate the release, a live special program featuring the cast will be held on Saturday, November 7.

SHIROBAKO" is an original TV animation work depicting the daily life of the animation industry, which aired from October 2014 to March 2015 and attracted attention for its realistic representation of the backstage of animation production. SHIROBAKO the Movie" was released on February 29, 2020.

To celebrate the release of the Blu-ray & DVD of "SHIROBAKO the Movie" on January 8, 2021 (Friday), a live special program featuring the cast, "Musashino Animation Emergency Live Broadcast! will be held on November 7 (Sat).

The cast will consist of Tamari Kimura playing Aoi Miyamori, Yuri Yamaoka playing Erika Yano, Hiroyuki Yoshino playing Taro Takanashi, and Yusuke Kobayashi playing Daisuke Hiraoka.

The special program will include a review of the feature film and other information.

＜Synopsis
The five members of the Animation Club of Kamiyama High School vowed to make an animated film together someday, no matter what it takes. After graduation, each of them will be involved in animation production in their own places. Aoi Miyamori is a member of "Ekuso Dassuku! Through the production of "The Third Flying Girl Team," she gradually moved closer to her dream and gradually began to think about what she really wanted to do. Four years have passed since then. After a morning meeting, Aoi is called by Watanabe to be in charge of a new theatrical animation project. However, there was an unexpected pitfall in this project. She wondered if she would be able to proceed with the theatrical animation project under the company's current circumstances. Aoi is worried...
