Rainbow Six Siege Announces New Operation "NEON DAWN"! Aruni, the first operator from Thailand, makes his debut!

Ubisoft has announced "NEON DAWN," the Year 5 Season 4 operation of the tactical shooter game "Rainbow Six Siege," which will be playable on November 9 on the Windows PC version test server.

Operation "NEON DAWN" introduces a new defense operator, Aruni. The "Surya Laser Gate" is a gadget that places lasers on walls, hatches, doors and windows. When the attacking operator or their gadgets pass through the "Surya Laser Gate," damage is inflicted, but when the defending operator passes through, the laser is turned off.
This gate is intended as an obstacle, destroying all drones and projectiles and damaging operators. Aruni" can be equipped with "P10 RONI" or "MK 14 EBR" as main weapon and "PRB 92" as subweapon.

In addition to the addition of new operators, the map "Skyscraper" will be reworked with three major changes. First, the number of balconies has been reduced and rearranged to allow attackers to advance into the interior, eliminating areas that were previously able to be attacked from multiple locations simultaneously. In addition, the area on the second floor of the building where the dragon statue is located has been changed to an indoor area. Finally, the placement of bombs has been adjusted to create more tactical play.

New accessibility features were also added this season. In-game chat is now able to convert voice to text and text to voice. Narration and tips will also be able to be added to the chat assistant from the options menu. In addition, players can now resize chat and adjust audio/visual cues.

Operation "NEON DAWN" will be playable on the Windows PC version of the test server starting November 9. This test server is a version that will test the new gameplay additions to Rainbow Six Siege.
