Prior to the second season of the TV anime "World Trigger" airing from January 2021, a "Special Screening Edition" will be shown from December 25, 2020 to January 7, 2021.

The anime "World Trigger" was produced by Toei Animation as a TV anime series, with the first season airing a total of 73 episodes from October 5, 2014 to April 3, 2016.
Based on Daisuke Asihara's popular science fiction action manga "World Trigger" serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" and "Jump SQ." (Shueisha). World Trigger" has been gaining enthusiastic fans since its serialization in "Weekly Shonen Jump" and has become one of the most popular works even after its transfer to "JUMP SQ.

The second season, a TV anime sequel, will be broadcast on Saturdays from 1:30 a.m. on the TV Asahi network starting January 9, 2021.

The elite members of the border defense agency "Border" confront a new threat! The Border Defense Agency "Border" was established to counter the attacks of "Neighbors" who possess unknown powers.
