Pokémon Coco the Movie" trailer featuring Beverly's OP theme "Coco" is released!

The latest trailer for "Pokémon Coco the Movie," which will be released in theaters on December 25, 2020 (Friday), has been released.

Pokémon Coco the Movie" is a story of an unprecedented bond between a boy, Coco, who was raised by Pokémon, and a Pokémon, Zardoz, who raised Coco, depicting the love between father and son in a forest setting. Kami Shiraishi Moeka plays Coco, a 10-year-old boy torn between Pokémon and humans, and Nakamura Kankuro plays Zardoz, a Pokémon who breaks the rules of the forest to raise a human baby he finds in the forest.

In addition, for the first time in a "Pokémon movie," Tetsu Okazaki, who is known to be a big Pokémon fan, produced all six theme songs in the movie! The film has been attracting great anticipation even before its release, with a star-studded cast including Tortoise Matsumoto and Kaela Kimura, and a different approach to music than in previous years.

Beverly is a talented singer who has won numerous awards at music festivals overseas and has a world-class high tone voice that attracts listeners' hearts. The video shows Coco and Zarudo flying around freely on vines in a beautifully drawn landscape, accompanied by the lively voice of the opening theme song "Coco," which is being released for the first time.

Coco is also seen talking with a Pokémon in a scene where she meets Satoshi in the city. What does Coco think in the world of humans, which she has never known before? What will be the emotional ending that Coco and Zarudo will choose when they learn the truth?

In addition, a 30-second special trailer with scenes that remind us of the bond between parents and children, set to the main theme song "Mysterious Mysterious Creatures," has also been released. This winter, watch out for the "parent-child story" that can only be depicted in a Pokémon movie.
