It has been announced that a rare scajan (souvenir jacket) distributed to staff and related parties to commemorate the release of "MOTHER 2" in 1994, a sequel to the role-playing game "MOTHER," designed by Shigesato Itoi and released by Nintendo in 1989, will be reprinted. It will be released in February 2021 and priced at 88,000 yen including tax.

MOTHER" is a role-playing game designed by Shigesato Itoi and released by Nintendo in 1989 for the Famicom (NES), followed by "MOTHER2" for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1994 and "MOTHER3" for the Game Boy Advance in 2006. The "MOTHER 2" was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1994.

On April 30, 2020, "HOBONICHI MOTHER PROJECT," a project to deliver news that will make "MOTHER" fans happy, will be launched, and "Pollyanna" will be released as the first production of the project.

The reprinted version was jointly developed by ANREALAGE, led by fashion designer Kunihiko Morinaga. Production will be handled by TAILOR TOYO, which has been making Sukajans for over half a century.
