TV anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu" 2nd season second half cool theme song announced! Mayu Maejima sings the OP and nonoc sings the ED!

Information on the theme song for the second half of the second season of the TV anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu" which will start airing in January 2021 has been released. Mayu Maejima will sing the opening song and nonoc will sing the ending song.

The TV anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimaru Isekai Seikatsu" (commonly known as "Re:Zero") aired in 2016 and was a huge hit in Japan and abroad.
After that, two completely new anime OVAs were released in theaters, and the TV anime that aired in 2016 was re-edited into an hour-long "new edited version" with new cuts added, the first half of the long-awaited second season of the TV anime was aired for the first time in four years from July 2020. The second half of the second season is scheduled to be broadcast from January 2021.

Mayu Maejima (Ex: MYTH & ROID), who is starting her solo career in 2019, will once again sing the theme song for the "Lizero" series.

The opening theme "Long shot" is an EDM rock song by R・O・N, their first collaboration. The coupling song will be the theme song for the game "Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu Nisai Nisari no Ou Chosen Candidate," which will be released on January 28, 2021. The song of despair that decorates the original story of Re:zero will be born anew.

The ending song of "Re:Zero" will be "Belive in you," a new song by nonoc, which will continue to adorn the first half of the 2nd season. This is the 6th song in the "Ri-Zero" series, and is the 4th single that showcases nonoc's clear and transparent voice.
