TV anime "World Trigger" 2nd season to start airing on January 9, 2021, key visual and first trailer released!

A key visual and the first trailer from the second season of the TV anime "World Trigger," which is scheduled to air on the TV Asahi network, have been released.

The anime "World Trigger" is produced by Toei Animation as a TV anime series, and the first season aired a total of 73 episodes from October 5, 2014 to April 3, 2016.
Based on Daisuke Asihara's popular science fiction action manga "World Trigger" serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" and "Jump SQ." (Shueisha). World Trigger" has been gaining enthusiastic fans since its serialization in "Weekly Shonen Jump" and has become one of the most popular works even after its transfer to "JUMP SQ.

The second season, a TV anime sequel, will be broadcast on Saturdays from 1:30 a.m. on the TV Asahi network starting January 9, 2021.

A key visual from the second season of the anime "World Trigger," which is scheduled to start airing on January 9, 2021 (Saturday) at 1:30 am on the TV Asahi network, has been revealed.

Gatlin, the captain of Garopura, stands in the way of Border as a new threat. And Yuma and Osamu are challenging to the B-class rank battle. Each of them has their own purpose to face the new battle.

The first trailer for the second season of the "World Trigger" anime has also been released.
The video depicts Garopura attacking the Border Headquarters and the elite of the Border fighting against it, accompanied by new music by Kenji Kawai.

The second season of the anime "World Trigger" will start with the "Garopura Arc" depicting the fierce battle between the two sides, and will be broadcast on January 9 (Sat)!

The "Special Screening Edition World Trigger 2nd Season," which includes the first and second episodes of the 2nd season, as well as the "Theater Original Movie," will be shown for a limited time from December 25, 2020 (Friday), so be sure to watch for more information on this as well.
