Noriko Hidaka All Time Best ~40 Dramatic Songs~," the best all-time best album ever, will be released on December 2, 2020, featuring 40 songs selected by voice actress Noriko Hidaka herself.

Noriko Hidaka made her debut as a voice actress in 1984. She is a legend in the world of voice acting, having appeared in a variety of anime to date, including "Touch" (Asakura Minami), "My Neighbor Totoro" (Kusakabe Satsuki), and "Ranma 1/2" (Tendou Akane).

This album, released to commemorate the 40th anniversary of her debut as a singer, is an "all-time best," featuring 40 songs from her debut single to newly recorded songs from 2020, selected and arranged by the singer herself, transcending labels.

DISC-1 is titled "Myself - Artist Selection," and includes 19 songs from her debut single as an idol to tie-up songs released as an artist. The album also includes the first CD release of "SO YOU CAN," an image song commemorating the 20th anniversary of Chita City, Aichi Prefecture, released only on cassette tape in 1990, and "Koe wa Dake wa Aiteru 2020," a new self-cover recording of a song from the album "Paradise" (1991).

And DISC-2 is titled "My Dear ~Chara-song & Anison Selection~" and contains 21 songs in total, including songs from animation and games such as "Touch" and "Ranma 1/2" as well as newly recorded bonus tracks.

The jacket design was drawn by Mitsuru Adachi, the original author of "Touch," one of Mr. Hidaka's best-known works. In addition, the 48-page booklet enclosed in the package is filled with Hidaka's comments on all 40 songs in the album, as well as photographs taken by Hidaka himself.

The booklet also features comments from Noriko Hidaka herself.
