The 19th century of the new era. Five years have passed since the end of the Fosania conflict over the ownership of Agartha Water Mining. In this era when "steam" is used for all kinds of motive power, the martial art of "engine fistfighting," in which machines are fused with the human body, is flourishing.
Levius, a lonely boy who lost his father and his right arm in the war and his mother in a vegetative state, immerses himself in Kikan Kempo under his uncle Zack, as if drawn by fate, and his talent blossoms.
