Student Council Officers" is a four-frame manga by Tozen Ujiie serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha). The first TV anime season aired in 2010, followed by the second in 2014, and the first film version was released in 2017.

It has now been announced that the second theatrical animated film will be released on January 1, 2021. This theatrical version will continue to be produced by GoHands, which is in charge of animation production.
