From "Card Captor Sakura" comes a Nendoroid of Sakura Kinomoto, based on an illustration by CLAMP!

Good Smile Company has announced the release of a Nendoroid of "Kinomoto Sakura" from "Card Captor Sakura," based on an illustration by CLAMP, and today began accepting reservations. The figure will be released in May 2021 at a price of 5,909 yen (excluding tax).

Card Captor Sakura" is a popular comic series by hit maker CLAMP serialized in "Nakayoshi" (Kodansha) from 1996 to 2000, and when the animated TV series was broadcast on NHK in 1998, its popularity accelerated and became a huge boom that transcended both genders and generations. In 2016, the 20th anniversary of the serialization, a new sequel, "Card Captor Sakura: Clear Card Arc," began serialization, and in January 2018, the anime version was broadcast on NHK BS Premium.

CLAMP, a creative group celebrating its 30th anniversary, and Good Smile Company, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2021, have started a collaboration project.

Based on an illustration drawn by CLAMP for this project, the 25th anniversary of the "Card Captor Sakura" series, "Kinomoto Sakura" is being made into a Nendoroid.

She comes with three expressions: a standard expression with a cheerful smile on her face, a cute winking expression and an innocent expression.

By combining the included parts, you can recreate the image of the original illustration, as well as enjoy her various poses, such as her "promise" pose or playing with her butterfly.
